Minor surgery clinics

If you have a bothersome skin lesion that you would like to have removed the receptionists will advise you on which clinician to see or, your usual doctor can recommend who to see if he or she is unable to carry out minor surgical procedures.
The clinics are run during ordinary surgery times either in the doctor’s or nurse’s room. They require longer than the standard 10 or 15-minute appointment and the receptionists will book you in for the appropriate appointment length according to the procedure being performed.
We provide the following procedures
• Toe nail removal (for in-growing toe nails or infected nails)
• Removal of lumps and skin lesions including some skin cancers
• Joint injections
