Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by either of these options:

1. Phone the surgery (01534 516151) and order through reception ideally after 11.00 am.
2. Email your request directly to prescriptions@imc.je

However, if you require an urgent or same-day prescription this can be arranged only by phoning the surgery (01534 516151).

Please note it is no longer possible to send prescriptions by Fax (facsimile) to Pharmacies.

Doctors are obliged to carry out periodic blood tests and reviews. If your prescription is outside the review date you may be provided with 1 month’s supply to tide you over pending arranging your consultation/review.

Collections from our Town Reception within 2 working days (preferably after 4pm)

We can send your prescription directly to the Pharmacy of your choice.

Please indicate clearly on your request which Pharmacy you wish to collect from.

Please allow at least 1 week before collecting from the Pharmacy.

I acknowledge that this may require my personal data to be forwarded to other persons for the purpose of referrals and for other lawful purposes related to the Practice procedures.
