Dr Bell studied medicine at Cardiff Medical School and graduated in 2013. He also prior to this obtained a degree in Physiology. He did his postgraduate training around Cardiff and has trained in a number of rotations including Paediatrics/General Medicine and Emergency Medicine. As a GP he has previously worked as a partner in a large training practice in South Wales for 6 years. He has also been an educational supervisor/trainer for doctors wishing to become GPs.
Dr Bell has 3 young children and loves the active lifestyle that Jersey offers him, moving here in 2025 to be nearer to family. He is a big rugby fan.
Dr Bell is interested in all areas of General Practice, but specific areas of interest include Type 2 Diabetes, Paediatrics and Musculoskeletal medicine (including steroid joint injections) and has a diploma in sports and exercise medicine (DFSEM).
