Dr Llewelyn is our youngest GP and joined Island Medical Centre in June 2025. Born and raised in Pembrokeshire, Wales, he qualified from University College London in 2017 before completing his GP training in Cardiff, where he worked for a further two years. He first experienced Jersey during a medical school GP placement here in 2016, an opportunity that left a lasting impression and ultimately influenced his decision to return to the island.
During his training, Dr Llewelyn gained diverse experience through various hospital rotations, including general surgery, accident and emergency, paediatrics, gynaecology, and geriatrics.
Since moving to Jersey, Dr Llewelyn has been keen to further develop his clinical interests, particularly in lifestyle medicine and health promotion, men’s health, and sleep medicine. He has also completed training to administer steroid joint injections.
Outside of work, Dr Llewelyn enjoys travelling, going to the gym, riding his motorbike, and playing the guitar. He is currently training for the Jersey Marathon in October.
